We had a great IMPD today thanks to our volunteers and APF! We planted 28 native plants, picked up litter, swept the entire park, maintained the jumps and created 3 new rollers into the Kid's Pump Track. Mayor Steve Adler, Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) Director Sara Hensley and Austin Parks Foundation (APF) CEO Colin Wallis showed up to support 9th Street BMX! We are very thankful for their support! It means so much to have city leaders take time to meet us and help out! Also thanks to all the volunteers and APF (Kathleen Mannello, John Rooney, Barry Rivera, Colin Wallis).
