9th Street BMX News

Fall IMPD was a great success. We spread 2 dump trucks/36 yards of mulch to help the trees. Planted over 35 native plants to beautify the park and attract pollinators. We had a good rain after planting the plants so hopefully they will grow healthy and propagate. Big thanks to all of the volunteers who helped and to Kathleen, Barry and John at Austin Parks Foundation for making this happen! Thanks to Turner Collie at Violet Crown Landscapes and Leaf Landscape Supply for their support.

Good turn out for the 18th Annual 9th Street BMX Halloween Jam. The trails were soft and slow due to all the recent rain. People pulled together as always to get the jumps running and have a fun day. We had over 100 hot dogs and TRAIL RELISH!
